Article 1

El Ministro De Obras Públicas Y Transporte, En Su Calidad De Representante Del Fondo Vial Nacional, Al Ejercer La Facultad Que Le Confiere El Literal I) Del Artículo 5° Del Decreto 2862 De 1968, Puede Delegar En Sus Subalternos, Hasta El Nivel De Jefes De Distrito, Las Funciones Que Le Sean Propias Y En Especial Las Siguientes: A) Celebrar Contratos Que No Requieran De Licitación Por Razón De Su Cuantía; B) Abrir Y Tramitar Las Licitaciones De Los Contratos Cuya Cuantía No Exceda De Diez Millones De Pesos C) Ordenar Los Gastos; D) Autorizar La Baja Por Destrucción De Campamentos Inservibles; E) Autorizar Reparaciones; F) Representar Judicial Y Extra Judicialmente Al Fondo Y Constituir Los Mandatarios Al Efecto

°. El Ministro de Obras Públicas y Transporte, en su calidad de representante del Fondo Vial Nacional, al ejercer la facultad que le confiere el literal i) del artículo 5° del Decreto 2862 de 1968, puede delegar en sus subalternos, hasta el nivel de Jefes de Distrito, las funciones que le sean propias y en especial las siguientes

a)

Celebrar contratos que no requieran de licitación por razón de su cuantía;

b)

Abrir y tramitar las licitaciones de los contratos cuya cuantía no exceda de diez millones de pesos

c)

Ordenar los gastos;

d)

Autorizar la baja por destrucción de campamentos inservibles;

e)

Autorizar reparaciones;

f)

Representar judicial y extra judicialmente al Fondo y constituir los mandatarios al efecto.
