Article 3

Se Sancionará A Las Empresas De Transporte Autorizadas Y A Los Propietarios De Vehículos Y/O Conductores De Servicio Público De Carga Con Multas Que Oscilarán Entre 35 Y 60 Salarios Mínimos Mensuales Legales Vigentes Cuando Incurran En Alguna De Las Siguientes Conductas: A) Pactar Por Debajo De Las Condiciones Económicas Mínimas Establecidas Por El Ministerio De Transporte En La Resolución 0001020 Del Primero (1°) De Abril De 1998; B) Prestar El Servicio Público De Transporte Sin Estar Constituido Como Operador O Empresa Autorizada Para Este Fin; C) Prestar Un Servicio No Autorizado Conforme Lo Establece El Literal E) Del Artículo 49 De La Ley 336 De 1996

°. Se sancionará a las Empresas de Transporte autorizadas y a los propietarios de vehículos y/o conductores de servicio público de carga con multas que oscilarán entre 35 y 60 salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes cuando incurran en alguna de las siguientes conductas

a)

Pactar por debajo de las condiciones económicas mínimas establecidas por el Ministerio de Transporte en la Resolución 0001020 del primero (1°) de abril de 1998;

b)

Prestar el servicio público de transporte sin estar constituido como operador o empresa autorizada para este fin;

c)

Prestar un servicio no autorizado conforme lo establece el literal e) del artículo 49 de la Ley 336 de 1996.
