Art 331. Cuando se encuentren depósitos de mercancías estranjeras en casas, buhíos, ranchos u otros puntos de la costa que sean sospechosos por su proximidad a algun puerto, se considerarán tales mercancías como en el caso 2.° del artículo 325, a ménos que se compruebe la introduccion lejítima de los efectos.
