La reserva legal de la sociedad ascenderá por lo menos al cincuenta por ciento de las utilidades de cada ejercicio. Cuando esta reserva llegare al cincuenta por ciento mencionado. La Empresa no tendrá obligación de continuar llevando a esa cuenta el 10% de las utilidades, pero si disminuye volverá a aprobarse el 10% de dichas utilidades, pero si disminuye volverá a apropiarse el 10% de dichas utilidades, hasta cuando la reserva llegue nuevamente al l{imite fijado.
