Experiencia Piloto. Por los años 1994 y 1995, créase una experiencia piloto del programa de auxilios para ancianos indigentes establecido en el artículo 257 de la Ley 100 de 1993, cuya ejecución le corresponde adelantar al Fondo de Solidaridad y Emergencia Social, Foses, con sujeción a las metas y cobertura definidas por el Conpes y a lo dispuesto en el presente decreto.
