Los notarios serán designados por el respectivo Gobernador , Intendente o Comisario , de listas pasadas a ellos por el competente Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial. Las listas se formarán con tantos candidatos cuantos correspondan a los cargos que deban proveerse, separadamente, a razón de tres por cada Notaria, y a ellas se agregarán los nombres de quienes se encuentren ejerciendo el cargo con el lleno de los requisitos legales.
