Los emisores de valores o terceros que suscriban contratos de conformidad con lo establecido en el numeral 2 y 3 del artículo 2.27.2.1.3, no podrán condicionar la entrega de los recursos materia del contrato al logro de un resultado específico de precio o tasa de negociación del respectivo valor.
