ARTICULO 36. Transitorio. En el término de seis meses contados a partir del presente Decreto, un comisión integrada por el Gerente del Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, el Director General del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi y el Rector de la Universidad, o sus delegados, propondrán al Gobierno Nacional los procedimientos para definir la cesión referida en el artículo 9° literal c).
