Artículo segundo. El artículo 27 del Acuerdo número 038 de 1972 quedará así: Artículo 27. De conformidad con lo establecido en los Decretos 3153 de 1968 y 760 de 1974, el Instituto Colombiano de Pedagogía, ICOLPE, funcionará anexo a la Universidad Pedagógica como organismo de investigación educativa, capacitación de personal docente en todas las modalidades y niveles con excepción del nivel superior, asesoría pedagógica y producción do materiales educativos.
