Articulo 91 . Otorgamiento de la renovación del registro sanitario . Si la solicitud de renovación se hallare completa se le asignara un número de expediente correspondiente y se procederá a su estudio y traite. Con base en la solicitud de renovación, en los resultados de los análisis del producto, si fuere el caso, y en las reglamentaciones sanitarias vigentes, el ministro de salud o la autoridad delegada concederá la renovación del registro sanitario mediante resolución.
