El Juez, en el mismo auto que declara el estado de quiebra, decretará la captura y detención preventiva del quebrado, dando aplicación a los artículo 379 y concordantes del Código de Procedimiento Penal y para los fines de los artículos 419 y siguientes del Código Penal. Asimismo deberá proceder en cualquier etapa del Juicio.
