Article 1

º Los Ministerios, Departamentos Administrativos, Entidades Adscritas Y Vinculadas, Deberán Vincularse Al Programa Juriscol, Y Enviar A La Biblioteca Luis Angel Arango Del Banco De La República Programa Juriscol-, Los Actos Administrativos De Carácter General Que Expidan, A Más Tardar Diez (10) Días Después De Su Promulgación

º Los Ministerios, Departamentos Administrativos, Entidades Adscritas y Vinculadas, deberán vincularse al programa Juriscol, y enviar a la Biblioteca Luis Angel Arango del Banco de la República Programa Juriscol-, los actos administrativos de carácter general que expidan, a más tardar diez (10) días después de su promulgación.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho adelantará las gestiones necesarias y celebrará los convenios pertinentes, para establecer los mecanismos que permitan el eficaz suministro de la información.
