ARTICULO 9 º. A partir del 1º de enero de 1994 los asesores 210-40 del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República tendrán derecho, previa autorización del Director de dicho Departamento, a la Prima Técnica prevista en el Decreto 1624 de 1991 y demás disposiciones que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
