Evaluaciones Y Ascensos

Decreto 400 de 1992 · por el cual se reglamentan algunas disposiciones del Decreto 1212 de 1990, Estatuto del Personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional.

Evaluaciones y ascensos. Los Suboficiales a que se refiere el artículo anterior, serán evaluados como Suboficiales alumnos, conforme lo indica el Reglamento de Evaluación y Clasificación y podrán ascender, durante su permanencia en la Escuela de Cadetes de Policía General Santander, dentro del escalafón de Suboficiales, previo concepto favorable de la Dirección del Instituto.

Parágrafo

El curso que se requiere para ascenso en la categoría de Suboficial se entenderá cumplido con el curso que esté adelantando para su ingreso en el escalafón de Oficiales.
