Art. 4º. Tanto la sal compactada como la sal vijúa de 1ª y 2ª clases se entregarán á los almacenistas pesadas escrupulosamente, y estos empleados no permitirán, en ningún caso, que los compradores las escojan, ni darán á éstos largas en la pesada.
