º. En las reuniones que se celebren en recinto cerrado se podrá hacer uso de altoparlantes dentro de él, sin necesidad de autorización previa. Pero en el caso de que los altoparlantes sean utilizados fuera del recinto, por este hecho la reunión asume carácter público, evento en el cual se deberá solicitar permiso con cinco (5) días de anticipación ante la autoridad respectiva.
