Tanto las sumas que invierta en virtud de la autorización que se otorga por el Articulo precedente, como las que haya gastado de 1917 en adelante en la construcción y reparación de dicho camino, le serán reconocidas por el Gobierno Nacional, sin que el Departamento tenga derecho a exigir interés alguno por las anticipaciones hechas ni por las que haga en cumplimiento de esta Ley.
