Las carreteras a que se refiere la letra a) del artículo anterior se incluirán en el Plan Vial Nacional para su conservación. Igualmente la conservación y administración de los Campos de Batalla del Pantano de Vargas y Puente de Boyacá, con sus monumentos y anexidades, serán atendidas por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
