Eléctricas. Son todas aquellas que utilizan una descarga eléctrica para anular el sistema nervioso central y provocar una contracción involuntaria del tejido muscular. Dentro de esta clasificación solo se autoriza la importación, comercialización y porte de aquellas que cumplan con las siguientes características técnicas

a)

Dispositivo de Control Electrónico (descarga de energía eléctrica).

b)

Emisión de pulsos máxima de 5 segundos de duración.

c)

Voltaje: mínima 1.200 Volt.

d)

Máxima 50.000 volt.

e)

Intensidad max 2,1 mA.
