Obligación de suministrar la información . Los empleados responsables de suministrar la información que requiere el Sistema General de Información Administrativa del Sector Público, deberán hacerlo en los términos que señala el presente decreto. El incumplimiento de este deber será sancionable disciplinariamente, previo el cumplimiento del procedimiento establecido en la ley, sin perjuicio de que se cumpla con la obligación de suministrar la información.
