° Los nacimientos solo podrán registrarse ante e1 Notario, Registrador del Estado Civil o Alcalde del Municipio donde hayan acaecido. Los registros efectuados en contradicción con lo aquí dispuesto, salvo lo establecido en los artículos siguientes, darán lugar a imposición de multas hasta de un mil pesos, por cada, trangresión, que impondrá disciplinariamente la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro a los funcionarios responsables, de oficio o a petición de cualquier interesado.
