La suma de que trata el artículo anterior será incluida de preferencia en el Presupuesto de gastos nacionales correspondiente a la vigencia fiscal de 1940, y será entregada al Comité Organizador de los Quintos Juegos Atléticos Nacionales por dos partidas trimestrales de veinticinco mil pesos ($ 25.000) y una global de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000). Esta última partida deberá ser pagada antes del 1º de agosto de 1940.
