Artículo sexto. Las sociedades mutuarias, deberán protocolizar en la Notaría de su domicilio principal, dentro de los 3 días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de notificación de la resolución de reconocimiento de personería, el acta de constitución, el texto completo de los estatutos y la mencionada resolución. Cumplida esta formalidad el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas ordenará el registro de la sociedad mutuaria y de su cuerpo directivo.
