Traslado y remisión de información. En el evento en que se revoque la autorización de funcionamiento del Centro de Conciliación, este remitirá el archivo documental de los trámites de conciliación y de insolvencia que ante él se llevaron a cabo, al Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, el cual designará otro centro para la custodia de ese archivo.
