Art. 5° Cuando algún individuo perteneciente a alguna comunidad relijiosa, reclame la protección de las autoridades a fin de conseguir su absoluta libertad; o cuando las mismas autoridades se informen de cualquiera manera que, a alguno de dichos individuos se le mantiene en clausura o sujeto al cumplimiento de votos contra su voluntad; se procederá a dar la protección reclamada, o la que el caso requiera.
