ARTICULO 17. A los funcionarios que optaron por el régimen establecido en el artículo 2o. del Decreto 903 de 1992 y a los agentes del ministerio público a quienes se les aplicó el régimen allí señalado, se les liquidarán las cesantías causadas con base en la remuneración salarial establecida en dicho artículo para el año de 1992.
