Libre nombramiento . Son de libre nombramiento y remoción las personas que desempeñan los cargos que se señalan a continuación

Secretario General del Instituto, Subdirectores Generales, Jefes de Oficina del Instituto, Jefes de División y Sección, Jefes de Oficina de las Direcciones Seccionales o quien haga sus veces y los funcionarios que hagan las veces de Secretarios de esas Direcciones;

Secretaría Ejecutiva y chofer mecánico correspondientes a la planta de personal de los Despachos del Director General, del Secretario General y Subdirectores Generales;

Secretaria Ejecutiva correspondiente a la planta de personal del Despacho de los Jefes de Oficina de las Direcciones Seccionales o de quien haga sus veces.
