°. Autorizase al Gobierno para que adquiera de la señorita Lucila Trujillo la faja de terreno necesaria para construir la pared maestra del edificio que la Policía Nacional construye en la carrera 7a, en la intersección de la calle 4a.

De esta ciudad, dando a dicha señorita, en cambio del terreno, el derecho de medianería sobre la pared que se levante.
