º Metas de sustitución de importaciones. Con base en las recomendaciones de los Grupos de Integración Industrial, las entidades a las que se refiere el artículo 1º de este Decreto establecerán cada año metas de sustitución de importaciones que permitan la reducción de sus compras externas de bienes de capital respecto de las del año inmediatamente anterior.
