Artículo quinto. Las entidades oficiales, semioficiales y privadas que cumplan funciones relacionadas con la asistencia pública, quedan obligabas a suministrar oportunamente las informaciones que les soliciten él Comité General y el Subcomité de Trabajo del Plan Hospitalario Nacional.
