Art. 3.° En el caso de que se establezcan clases auxiliares ó preparatorias para los alumnos que no hayan podido seguir, durante el año escolar respectivos, los cursos inferiores de Literatura y Filosofía, los profesores respectivos, que serán nombrados por oposición, gozarán de un sueldo anual de doscientos cuarenta pesos ($240).
