La contabilización y control de los impuestos establecidos por este Decreto se ajustará, a las normas que trace la Contraloría General de la República. Las operaciones que, la Federación efectúe en desarrollo del contrato previsto por el artículo 10, estarán fiscalizada en la forma prevista por el artículo 3º de la Ley, 76 de 1927 y el artículo 3º de la Ley 81 de 1930.
