El depósito de valores encargado de la administración del CERT deberá suministrar a la Dirección de Comercio Exterior del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, o la dependencia que haga sus veces, la información relacionada con la expedición, saldo en circulación, utilización del beneficio y caducidad de los CERT”.
