Art. 5.° Cuando el número de enfermos en un hospital fuere mui reducido desempeñará las funciones de contralor i mayordomo un mismo individuo, quien disfrutará del sueldo mayor. El secretario de guerra i marina, previos los informes del caso, dictará esta resolución, segun el juicio que formare.
