º. En caso de infracción a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, será responsable de ésta el titular de la licencia o el arrendatario del espacio. La correspondiente sanción la impondrá el Ministerio de Comunicaciones de acuerdo con el artículo 17 de la Ley 74 de 1966.
