El que diere u ofreciere dinero o dádivas a los funcionarios de que tratan los artículos anteriores, para los fines allí previstos, incurrirá en prisión de uno a cinco años.

Esta sanción se reducirá hasta en la mitad, si el dinero, dádiva u oferta no fueren aceptados.
