Los institutos de educación no formal que a treinta y uno (31) de diciembre de 1987, venían funcionando sin legalización y continúan en la misma situación, tendrán plazo de seis (6) meses contados a partir de la publicación del presente Decreto, para ajustarse a las nuevas normas. Vencido este plazo se procederá a su cierre por la vía ejecutiva.
