De conformidad con el artículo 11 de la Ley 28 de 1927 , la apropiación que se abre por la presente Ley para la construcción del acueducto de Bogotá, así como los demás créditos adicionales que se abran para la misma obra, que se atenderán con los recursos especiales previstos en el contrato de que trata el artículo 3° de esta Ley, y quedarán en vigor hasta que se cumplan los fines a que están destinados.
