° La Colonia Agrícola de Bahía de Solano, creada por el Decreto 925 de 1935 y fomentada y dirigida desde entonces por el Gobierno Nacional, continuará en adelante administrada por la Intendencia Nacional del Chocó, la que en consecuencia designará los empleados o funcionarios de su dependencia que deban recibir de los nacionales los servicios actualmente establecidos.
