° Facúltase al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público para autorizar a los Inspectores Nacionales del Comercio de Oro el nombramiento de Secretarios ad hoc para las investigaciones importantes que lo requieran, para lo cual estos funcionarios harán la petición correspondiente, en cada caso, a la Prefectura de Control, la cual, si la encontrare justificada, la pasará al Ministerio de Hacienda con concepto favorable.
