Article 93

Será Sancionada Con Multa Entre Tres (3) Y Seis (6) Salarios Mínimos Legales Mensuales Vigentes, La Persona Natural O Jurídica Prestataria Del Servicio De Transporte Turístico Que Incurra En Cualquiera De Las Siguientes Faltas: A) Contratar Con Empresas De Transporte De Servicio Público Terrestre Automotor De Pasajeros Por Carretera, Vehículos Que No Cumplan Los Requisitos Establecidas Por El Instituto Nacional De Transporte Y Tránsito, Para La Prestación Del Servicio De Transporte Turístico; B) Ampliar Para El Transporte Turístico Vehículos De Su Propiedad Que No Se Encuentren Debidamente Registrados En El Instituto Nacional De Transporte Y Tránsito O Vinculados A Una Empresa De Transporte Legalmente Constituida; C) Utilizar Para Prestar El Servicio De Transporte Turístico, Vehículos Sin La Respectiva Planilla De Transporte Turístico

ARTICULO 93. Será sancionada con multa entre tres (3) y seis (6) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes, la persona natural o jurídica prestataria del servicio de transporte turístico que incurra en cualquiera de las siguientes faltas

a)

Contratar con empresas de transporte de servicio público terrestre automotor de pasajeros por carretera, vehículos que no cumplan los requisitos establecidas por el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito, para la prestación del servicio de transporte turístico;

b)

Ampliar para el transporte turístico vehículos de su propiedad que no se encuentren debidamente registrados en el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito o vinculados a una empresa de transporte legalmente constituida;

c)

Utilizar para prestar el servicio de transporte turístico, vehículos sin la respectiva planilla de transporte turístico. CAPITULO IV Sanciones a los propietarios o tenedores de vehículos de servicio público.
