Habrá una Junta Consultiva compuesta del Ministro de Instrucción y Salubridad Públicas, quien la presidirá; del Director Nacional de Higiene y Asistencia Pública; del Director Departamental de Uncinariasis; y del Director General del Lazareto. Esta Junta resolverá las consultas del Director Nacional de Higiene y del Director General del Lazareto. En ausencia del Ministro, presidirá la Junta el Director Nacional de Higiene, quien la convocará cuando lo creyere necesario.
