SANCIONES A LOS PROPIETARIOS, POSEEDORES O CONDUCTORES DE VEHICULOS. Serán sancionados con multas equivalentes a un (1) salario mínimo mensual, los propietarios, poseedores o conductores de vehículos, que incurran en las siguientes infracciones

Movilizar el vehículo sin la Tarjeta de Operación;

Permitir que el vehículo circule sin ostentar la razón social de la empresa a la cual se encuentra vinculado o asociado;

Transportar con exceso de carga.
