Durante los próximos 10 años el Gobierno incluirá en el proyecto de presupuesto de Rentas y Ley de Apropiaciones las sumas de $50.000.00 y $25.000.00, que se votan como auxilios especiales destinados a satisfacer las necesidades propias de las poblaciones de Agua de Dios y Contratación, respectivamente, y las cuales se girarán a los correspondientes Tesoreros Municipales.
