ARTICULO 40. Cuando un órgano requiera celebrar compromisos que cubran varias vigencias fiscales, deberá cumplir con los requisitos exigidos en la reglamentación expedida por el Consejo Superior de Política Fiscal, CONFIS. Los recursos necesarios para desarrollar estas actividades deberán ser incorporados en los proyectos de presupuesto de la vigencia fiscal correspondiente.
