° Adiciónase el artículo 3.2.2.1.1 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero con el siguiente

Parágrafo

Se asimilan a las sociedades corredoras de seguros aquellas agencias colocadoras de seguros y de títulos de capitalización que durante el ejercicio anual inmediatamente anterior hubiesen causado, a título de comisiones, una suma igual o superior a ochocientos (800) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes a la fecha del respectivo corte y, en tal virtud, la Superintendencia Bancaria tendrá respecto de ellas las mismas facultades que prevé el artículo 3.2.1.0.2 del presente estatuto en relación con las sociedades corredoras de seguros".
