De las investigaciones pendientes . Las investigaciones administrativas iniciadas con el Decreto 596 de 14 de marzo de 1980, seguirán siendo tramitadas y falladas por las normas de este Decreto, pero las normas más favorables contenidas en el Decreto 596 de 1980, se aplicarán de preferencia a solicitud del docente investigado. Las iniciadas con anterioridad al Decreto 2277 del 14 de septiembre de 1979 se regirán por lo estipulado en el artículo 21 del Decreto 596 del 14 de marzo de 1980.
