ATRIBUCIONES DEL PRESIDENTE. El Presidente de la Junta Administradora deberá fiscalizar las inversiones Intendenciales o Comisariales en el Corregimiento, y por tanto visar las nóminas de los empleados que en él presten sus servicios, las planillas de jornales y las cuentas de materiales. A falta del Presidente, desempeñará esta labor el Vicepresidente de la Junta. Cuando el trabajo lo justificaré plenamente, el Intendente o Comisario podrá incluirle una remuneración dentro del presupuesto correspondiente.
