Los profesores de enseñanza primaria y secundaria en servicio pertenecientes a cualquiera de las categorías de los escalafones anteriores, que reúnan los requisitos para inscribirse en una de las categorías del nuevo, en los términos del presente Decreto, pueden hacerlo sin el requisito de haber inscritos en las categorías inmediatamente anteriores.
