Este Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición y deroga los Decretos números 1331 de 1958, 156 de 1967, 1963 de 1969, 1794 de 1970, 2112 de 1974, 2854 de 1974 artículos 2º, 4º, 5º, 6º, 7º, 8º, 10, 11 y 12, el 2450 de 1975 artículos 3º, 4º 7º 8º 9º 10, 11, 12, 15. 16 y 17, 2669 de 1976 y 776 de 1979, las Resoluciones números 6045 de 1970, 14021 de 1977, 6425 de 1978, 7746 de 1978, 18958 de 1978, 20040 de 1978, 16228 de 1979, 15187 de 1980 y 16539 de 1981 del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, así como las demás normas que le sean contrarias.
